Progress Update - Bag of the Month Club 2016

Who can believe we are already well into our third month of the Bag of the Month Club? WOW is this year buzzing! With 3 patterns already released, I thought it is a good time to give you a little look into how things are coming along!

So let's take a look at the patterns already released! First up was January's Backgammon bag by Betz White: It's a really fun bag that is a great way to feature some of those scraps we all have and don't know what to do with BUT love so much we can't part with them! The pieced details on the front pocket is the perfect answer to that!! I LOVE how different fabric choices and colour combinations for this bag can make it look so unique and individual.

There are a whole swag of entries already in the January Competition linkup section. Remember that you have right up until July 15th to enter all of your bags into any of the months linkups! So it doesn't matter if you sew them all in June or July! LOL Don't forget there are a whole pile of prizes to WIN this year....some based on merit and some are random, so everyone has a chance to WIN! You can find out more about our Sponsors and the prizes on the Competition page.

For March we have the Polaris bag by Sara Lawson of Sew Sweetness. This bag is on the opposite end of the spectrum and is small and cute and needs very little supplies! The beauty of this pattern is it gives you TWO shape options. How COOL is that!
